Sweden, Norrköping
The port of Norrköping in Sweden has been extended with a new berth and approach channel. This involved dredging of 3,300,000 m3 of soft material. Wicks executed the removal of 150,000 m3 of rock by means of drilling and blasting. The project was completed in May 2011. As a result, the port of Norrköping can now receive more and larger vessels, which is sure to boost Sweden's economy.
