Vertical drainage equipment

We have several PVD installation rigs to suit different project requirements. The capacity of our PVD installation rigs vary in installation depth and penetration force, with our largest rig capable of installing PVDs up to 60 m in depth. We also have the capacity to pre-drill holes for PVD installation. Our rigs are equipped with data-logging facilities and some of our masts are fully automated, allowing high production rates and underwater drain installation.

We work continously to upgrade and modernise our equipment. For example, in the summer of 2012 our largest PVD installation rig, HV 806, has been replaced by a new, completely revised and modified PVD installation rig, HV 826.
